・When instructed by a physician, we visit the homes of patients receiving home-based medical care to provide medication guidance and other services.
We also accept and respond to consultations regarding general lifestyle habits such as diet, exercise, alcohol and tobacco use, and herbal medicine consultations, and we engage in initiatives that contribute to improving the lifestyle habits of local residents and preventing disease.

In addition, our primary care pharmacists provide personalized, centralized medication management tailored to each patient.

We strive to provide patients with medications for any prescription by establishing a referral system, such as collaborating with nearby pharmacies and sharing inventory information.

As self-medication-related equipment, thermometers, scales, and grip strength meters are permanently installed.

Our pharmacy stocks generic medicines and provides them at or above a certain percentage stipulated by the Regional Bureau of Health and Welfare.

However, please consult with a pharmacist as some medications cannot be changed. Due to the impact of annual drug price revisions and shipping adjustments, the adopted items may change.

2.Medication Management and Guidance Fee

The pharmacy prepares a "drug history" for each patient that records the type and progress of drugs, including those related to drugs not covered by insurance, and checks for handling precautions, allergies, and side effects each time a drug is dispensed. In cases where drugs are prescribed from multiple hospitals and clinics, we check for drug overlap and drug interactions.

◆Explanation of the Health Damage Relief System
Pharmaceutical Adverse Reaction Relief System
This is a public system aimed at providing prompt relief to victims by offering benefits such as medical expenses and pensions in cases where a health hazard of a certain level or higher occurs due to side effects, despite the pharmaceutical product being used for the correct purpose and in the correct manner. The system covers diseases, disabilities, and deaths caused by side effects from pharmaceutical products used on or after May 1, 1980. However, cases are excluded if they involve using someone else's medication, using certain pharmaceuticals such as vaccinations, anticancer drugs, or immunosuppressants, or using large amounts of pharmaceuticals in an emergency to save a life.

Relief System for Health Damage Caused by Biological Products
This is a public system aimed at providing prompt relief to victims through various relief benefits for health hazards, such as infections, caused even when biological products were used properly.
The subjects are diseases (requiring hospitalization), disabilities (causing significant limitations in daily life), and deaths caused by infections resulting from the use of biological products on or after April 1, 2004. Treatment for the prevention of disease onset after infection and secondary infections that meet the benefit requirements are also eligible for relief.
