About us

We are insurance pharmacy that dispense medicines according to the standards established by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare.

◆ Posting of notices prescribed by the Minister of Health and Welfare pertaining to insurance pharmacies
1. Additional fee for community support system, family pharmacist
In addition to stockpiling more than 1,200 pharmaceutical products, the pharmacy constantly collects the latest drug information and disseminates it to insurance pharmacists by registering with the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Information Distribution Service [PMDA Medinavi].
We have a system in place (24 hours a day) to respond to dispensing in case of emergency.
When instructed by a physician, the company visits the homes of patients who are recuperating at home to provide medication guidance and other services.
The clinic also provides consultations on general lifestyle-related issues such as diet, exercise, alcohol consumption, smoking, and Chinese herbal medicine, and is making efforts to help improve the lifestyle of local residents and prevent disease.
The pharmacy will cooperate with local medical institutions, nursing care facilities, and government agencies to improve the health of people in the community. We report information on adverse drug reactions and other necessary information to the necessary authorities. We also provide centralized management by a family pharmacist for individual patients.

2. Drug administration history management guidance fee
The pharmacy prepares a "drug history" for each patient that records the type and progress of drugs, including those related to drugs not covered by insurance, and checks for handling precautions, allergies, and side effects each time a drug is dispensed. In cases where drugs are prescribed from multiple hospitals and clinics, we check for drug overlap and drug interactions.

3. Home-visit drug administration and guidance fee for home patients
When instructed by a physician, this pharmacy visits the homes of patients who are recuperating at home to provide medication guidance and other services.
